Memorandum of Understanding
At the inception stage, the Platform will initially be governed by a Memorandum of Understanding as to how the meetings are administered. European Business Association Georgia will act as an executive secretariat to EECP, in order to facilitate the continued flow of inputs and outputs.
Where important issues are identified, that require urgent response, EECP will act as a platform for Ad Hoc Hearing with the necessary participants. Individuals and companies/organizations that are not participants in the platform may be invited to attend on an Ad Hoc basis, where this is deemed to be beneficial to the matter on the consideration.
